This field of work, that I now specialise in, deals with new ways of learning and organising, new ideas and solutions about economy, new science, new green deals! It is about communication for change, and managing comparative change.    

Organisational development deals with the (energy) balance in the various roles of the organisation, the energy in the living network, the collabaoration in connection, the change from "I am" to "WE are". 

Capacity building focusses on the abilities to self-organise and act, to produce results, to learn and adjust, to maintain relations and create operating space.
